I was feeling really good because of the World Cup so I decided to spend $100 because why not well come to find out my car wasn’t vacuum right and when I brought it back, I got nothing but attitude and was told that I need to pay for additional leather treatments, etc. etc. instead of just getting a wet towel and wiping some of the stuff off the guy was just mouthing off nonstop. I’m sure that other people have had great service but I can’t say that happen for me. Good luck to you guys. Hope this review helps.

I took my Chevy Silverado for a wash at this car wash and I was there for four hours because one of the guys at the beginning of the wash popped one of my front tires and they wanted me to give them three days to figure out how they were going to repay me. I told them that I was going to a tire shop to get an estimate price of the tire so they could pay me but they still wanted three days to figure out how they were gonna pay me overall, Supposedly, they were going to get me a really good deal on a tire from one of their dealerships so they wouldn’t pay the value of my tire. I had a poorly Service at this car wash Also, the same problem has happened to other customers, and they just don’t fix the spot where the tires keep popping. Just be careful when you take your cars here because you might end up with a pop tire.

TERRIBLE experience. I paid $150 plus a $20 tip for the VIP car wash, carpet shampoo and some detailing. I was told it would take 2 hours. They did not wipe my leather down with leather wipes. The car was still dirty on the outside. The carpets were not shampooed well. No air freshener was provided. I began wiping my car down before I even left the parking lot. I would not recommend this place at all. This will be my first and last time coming here. To the owner: So to shampoo the carpets is $150? The guy we talked to said the leather would be wiped down with leather wipes. And the VIP car wash was supposed to be included. Why was my car still dirty on the outside? And the carpets were still dirty. We went to another place to have the carpets shampooed again. You also forgot the air freshener. What did I wait two hours for?

I desperately needed a carwash for my black Ford F250 today. I have been to many carwash locations and have rarely been satisfied with the quality. I figured that I would roll the dice and try a new place near my work, since my truck was dirty. So, I found Five Star Hand Car Wash on Google Maps. I arrived and selected the $29 wash. As I relinquished my keys, I began to second-guess my decision based on the belief that "you get what you pay for", but I ended up being very pleasantly surprised. My truck was washed by hand very thoroughly and then dried. The wheels and plastic trim around the vehicle exterior were given great attention. Overall, the entire job took 40min, including the wait behind other vehicles. Not bad. When I entered the vehicle, I saw that the detailer had washed (not just vacuumed) my floor mats and wiped down the interior. Not just a normal wipe-down...I am talking about cleaning the cup holders and center console where coins, coffee drips, and cookie crumbs accumulate after many months. It looked new. They not only washed my truck, but they left it looking like it was detailed. Wow! I gave my detailer a $20 tip for doing such a great job. I typi

I took my Audi e-tron GT for a wash with a buddy and decided—against my better judgment—to try a very cheap car wash. I normally avoid places like this, but I figured I’d give them a chance. Big mistake. We waited over 2 hours for a $29.99 basic hand wash. When I politely asked how much longer it would take, the worker assigned to my car responded rudely and was cursing in Spanish. When he finally handed me the keys, he told me not to come back if I couldn’t wait. To make it worse, after all that waiting, the car was still dirty. This was my first and last time coming here. If you own an expensive car—or simply value your time and basic customer service—I strongly recommend going to a reputable, professional place and paying a premium. At least you’ll be treated with respect, finished on time, and actually get a clean car.
